Based in London, made in Leeds, Ten Hands High's sound has evolved since their inception in 2019 and has now arrived at Vibe Central Station. Starting in classic indie rock roots, they now explore the boundaries of their genre, with each member's eclectic taste contributing to a sound that focuses on groove and atmosphere. They have consistently sold out headline shows in their two hometowns and have supported bands like Glass Caves and Luna Bay. Jack Saunders of BBC Radio 1 called their debut EP's lead single called Sweet, "euphoric". The band have been played on regional BBC Introducing, 6Music's BBC Introducing Mixtape and Radio X’s X-Posure, as well as being featured on playlists like Spotify's Students Union and Amazon's Fresh Indie.

Hailing from London, singer/songwriter & producer Jem Wax has a kaleidoscopic personal style, fusing R&B/soul and Hip-Hop with a fresh pop perspective. Jem's tasteful sung-spoken top-lines, delivered through rich tones make for a unique yet commercial combo. Her introspective, frank and funny lyrical boldness conveys sincerity and relatability - without taking herself too seriously to listeners. In Summer 2023, Jem released Devoted Hopelessly EP with tracks Lazy, Love Love and La La being played on BBC Introducing 3CR. Jem and band have been active in the London music scene, playing sold-out sofa sounds shows, at The Ned's New Music Monday, the Hope and Anchor, and soon to come Camden Chapel on May 16th for Jem's headline show - The Bo Peep Party.

Tess is a visual artist with a strong foundation in acrylic painting, who began her creative outlet during lockdown. She has since begun exploring mediums, including digital, mixed media and more.

The themes of mortality are central to many of her pieces, using colour and subject matter to convey this duality, reflecting in the equilibrium between chaos and tranquillity, the natural balance of the universe, and with visual elements that blur the line between reality and the unknown.

Tess aims to expand and push creative boundaries in any way possible. With a mixed background, she looks to include heritage and culture into her works, and therefore reinforce the values of inclusion and connection too, encouraging unity and shared experience among all who engage with the arts.

Seth Oraeki is a versatile artist based in London, fueled by a profound passion for music and entertainment. Since the age of nine, he has been a self-taught musician, honing drums, voice, guitar, and electric guitar. Now, at twenty-two, Seth is making waves in R&B and hip-hop, showcasing his diverse voice and captivating style.

His breakthrough came on The Voice UK 2019, where his performance exceeded all expectations, earning turns from mentors Will.I.Am and Jennifer Hudson. With over 3.3 million views on YouTube and a growing following, Seth has independently established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.

EJ Negre, born in Lapu-Lapu, Philippines, discovered his passion for drawing at an early age. He honed his craft across Canada, Philippines and London, combining formal training at Vancouver Film School and Alberta College of Art with self-taught exploration. As a freelance illustrator, animator, and photographer, EJ has traveled the world to learn from masters of the craft.

In London, he has been an active figure in the drawing scene, contributing illustrations to the award-winning British fashion film SATURNALIA, sketching at London Fashion Week, and fostering artistic communities through his group, Let’s Draw Now. Balancing commissions in illustration, photography, and animation, EJ collaborates with directors and creatives across industries.

His work has been featured in Zee Lifestyle Magazine, Redbull Canada, Facebook London, Need for Speed: Unbound, King's Cross Library, Smile Inflight Magazine, University of the Philippines Cebu, Calgary Herald, CBC News, and Mabuhay Calgary. Today, EJ continues to champion the art of drawing, inspiring creatives and keeping the spirit of drawing alive.

Named after the Japanese word for wolf, Ōkami is the side project of artist Kamī; a space where she channels her fundamental belief that sound is a sacred vessel through which communities of colour can connect in solidarity and find true liberation.

Having begun her journey as a DJ through Voices Radio, her mixes have been featured on the likes of NTS and Radio 1001. She has found her footing playing at London’s Pxssy Palace, Body Movements and with the fast-rising Half East Records collective.

While Ōkami has a deep affinity for the atmospheric and sub-heavy frequencies of 140, dnb, dubstep, grime and drill, you can often find her playfully switching gear into rich global club sounds such as dancehall, bhangra, gqom, Asian dance sub-genres, baile and ballroom with plenty of attitude.

Hailing from the vibrant streets of London, Mute is a dynamic DJ who seamlessly blends genres to create unforgettable experiences on the dance floor. With a primary focus on all things house and disco, Mute's infectious energy and eclectic taste in music have earned him Gigs renowned venues such as EGG LDN, Maroto, House of KOKO, The Cross, and Prince of Wales Brixton.

Drawing from love of all music, Mute infuses his sets with a rich tapestry of cultural influences, creating a journey that breaks boundaries and connects with audiences on a visceral level. Whether it's a pulsating club night or an intimate private function for corporate clients, Mute's ability to read the crowd and deliver electrifying performances is second to none.

Portuguese, English, and Brazilian. Born in London and raised in São Paulo, Nito grew up between cultures, immersing himself in music with the same focus and curiosity. His sets lean into tech house, disco house, and minimal, but he moves freely across genres, blending instinct with selection.

Using CDJs, he builds tension and groove with a laid-back energy, creating sets that feel both fluid and intentional. With a sharp ear for underground cuts and overlooked gems, Nito crafts moments that reflect his diverse background and evolving taste, always chasing that track that hits right.
