Joana Simães is a visual artist from Felgueiras, a small town in the district of Porto, Portugal. After studying Fine Art in high school, Simães moved to London in 2020 to pursue a degree in Fine Art at Middlesex University, graduating in 2023.

The core of Joana´s work goes from classically executed figurative oil paintings to more graphic paintings with the use of flat colors and less shading, onto hard surfaces in various sizes. Inspired by artists such as Goya and Michael Borremans, Simães explores the subtleties of human experience through both painting and, on occasion, video art.

*Lauren Cave is a dance artist and choreographer with a passion for movement and collaboration across art forms. With over 15 years of experience in Contemporary, Commercial Freestyle, Hip Hop and other techniques, she creates work that spans live and screen-based performance. Drawing on improvisation and interdisciplinary practice, Lauren’s work combines dance, theatre, and visual storytelling. She is interested in exploring connection, emotion, and environment, developing performances that are expressive and engaging.

In collaboration with her dance collective: Samara Toussaint, Lauren Chilton, Bethany Tolhurst-McWattGreen, and Ella Blake, Lauren will present a refined extract from her latest choreographic work, Against the Hour, featuring original composition by Alex McDermott.*

LO-LOW's sets are designed to take listeners on a journey through various aural portals, finding freedom in expression on the dancefloor and creating feelings of euphoria and community. She blends eclectic selections of deep house, techno, electronic, ballroom, breakbeat, and pop to capture her playful essence. As a self-confessed club kid and music enthusiast, LO-LOW found her way into the world of music through journalism, writing for CLASH Magazine. Currently, she holds the reins as a resident at E1. This year has been a success for LO-LOW, with fan feedback deeming her sets as "vibes as unmatched" and praising her for "taking people through many portals." She opened at Colour Factory, representing the Thorn London collective at HOWL: Queer City, Vol.4 in February 2022 and played at Riposte's Pride Party in July. LO-LOW also gained her first show outside of London in August 2022, where she played the pre-party for Scotland's number one queer alternative night, SHOOT YOUR SHOT. Furthermore, she opened for CEM and Giant Swan at Phonox and played an extraordinary three-hour set ahead of DJ Bone at one of London's most iconic clubs, Fold.

The “Trini Resident on Reprezent Radio” Blasé Vanguard - I’m an International DJ, Producer & Artist who has made my name in the UK through entertainment and curation fusing the sound of my foundation in Soca & Calypso with worldwide influences, from UK Funky, Garage & Jungle to Dembow, Dub and Afrobeats. My sound is an ALL INCLUSIVE SOUND that can make people of all walks of life move together as one, through rhythm, melody and BASS. A trailblaze of caribbean expression, creativity & attitude, with all-inclusive sound.

I am an open format EDM DJ with the power of autism and neurodivergent. Back at February 2020 before lockdown, I have been inspired by my friend and the world famous DJ, James Hype. I have been taught by to watch on YouTube channel called Crossfader. In April 2023, I was so more than happy because I am on the guestlist multiple times at the iconic club in London, Ministry Of Sound and so, I can go the backstage to meet, greet and networking with the other world famous DJs. Now, I can mix a lots of EDM genres such as House (Deep, Tech, Bass, Future), Techno, Trance, UK Garage, Dubstep, Future Bass, and Drum N' Bass. One day, I would love to be an international DJ. I know it took long to go more through up in my dreams like David Guetta.

Harvmcm is a 21 year old artist from Scotland who has been creating and sharing art online for over two years. Harvey’s signature BLOCKS style is predominantly created digitally and is influenced both visually and thematically by his personal surroundings and pop culture. His upbringing and emotions play large roles in the artwork. The artwork is expressive and playful through its use of a varied colour palette and visually striking style. In 2022 Harvey has had his art featured in multiple places, most recently in Times Square in New York.

As a producer, rapper, and filmmaker, my music is very immersive and story driven. It pulls the listener into an entirely different world with each song, through a colourful use of sound design and hard-hitting yet comedic lyrical storytelling. I take pride in an original sound that I can call my own.

I am a singer-songwriter hailing from Trinidad and Tobago. I've always had a profound love for music from the 1960s to early '70s so I decided one day, after loads of covers, 10 years of guitar playing and a little bit of singing and writing experience, I'm going to make them for myself. My first song, Change, released in 2020 quickly became the 5th most listened to song on Apple Music in Trinidad and my life as an artist has been a notably thrilling one ever since. Though I typically say my music is era-based, if I had to say what genres I cover, it'd be folk, soul and rock with writing that pulls from my Trinidadian perspective. I so can't wait for you all to hear me at Farrago!
