Meet Baobei: a versatile music powerhouse – singer, songwriter, producer & DJ. Classically trained from age 4 in piano and violin, she went from YouTube covers to earning a master's degree in Electronic Music from Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

Baobei's boundless artistry overflows with raw emotion and personal stories, merging organic and digital sounds with UK dance genres like DnB and garage, infused with a pop/RnB flair. Her playful and versatile spirit shines through her songwriting, crafting captivating, soulful soundscapes. Fearlessly exploring uncharted musical territories, Baobei's unmistakable voice weaves a constant thread through her diverse creations, leaving an indelible mark on the musical landscape as she builds up to her first solo release.

I adore working with lots of colour and I strive to find rare visual harmonies between tones throughout various moments within the composition. Painting has always been an extremely personal and isolated experience for me, being a meditative process. The pure experience of art personally exists not in looking at the final piece, but within the moment of every brush stroke – the application of medium to canvas.

In the early stages I explored with painting solely from feel - detaching my conscious self from the hand that held the paint brush. Previously, every stroke had to be precise and had to develop into the specific final view that had been decided during composition. It took a lot of practice and experimentation to find my flow – the space in which I now exist in as I paint. In that moment I free the brush, with my eyes acting as a guide in the process.

The less you think about each stroke, the more you enjoy the feel of what you’re looking at.

ZIYING often delves into the realm of emotions through a fusion of melodic and progressive sounds, adding a dash of madness to the grooving rhythms.

Firmly believing in the power of music to convey what words often cannot, and inspired by the London underground music scene, ZIYING weaves the threads of various sonic genres to curate stories that audiences can feel deeply.

Hey! I’m Norah, I’m 18 and I’m a painter/ drawer specialising in portraiture and human figure art. My inspirations come from Baroque artists like Caravaggio and Reubens, and I love to use oil paints to replicate the human form in a realistic style. I learned how to paint from YouTube and I try to improve all the time with every painting I produce. It’s my dream to one day make a living from selling my art, and it’s events like the parties Farrago organise which help to showcase emerging artists like me! On the back of that, she also dropped "YOUR TIME" with Willow Newman earlier in 2023 which landed Spotify editorial playlist placement.

Of course, her 2019 smash hit "Fantasy" put her firmly on the map — and it's still got everyone talking. Now, she’s gearing up to bless our ears again, tapping deep into her Egyptian roots for her second EP, landing in 2025.
