Luminous Duo is a two-piece ensemble a duo featuring vocalist Nadine Assam and guitarist Lumai Francisco, specialising in Soul and Bossa Nova covers of modern, popular tunes, as well as the classic 20th century Jazz standards. Alongside this, our particularly unique area is being able to perform songs in a range of languages from Portuguese, Spanish and English. As musicians, we have performed in various esteemed London venues such as Natural History Museum, Royal Academy of Art and V&A.

My inspirations come from Baroque artists like Caravaggio and Reubens, and I love to use oil paints to replicate the human form in a realistic style.
