From the rolling hills of Devon to the big smoke, Roy combines that old school foot thumping groove with a fresh new take on dance pop, delivering versatile raps and moreish melodies straight to your dopamine receptors. Hold on tight because you’re about to get tuned in and turned on.
Zurito
Zurito revolves around two hot Spanish guitars that embody the fury of flamenco and body stirring rumba grooves. Passionate and uplifting, their performances carry virtuosity and a unique sound they have crafted after years of playing and rambling around Europe. Their music will certainly stir emotions and cure any pains.
ŌKAMI
Named after the Japanese word for wolf, Ōkami is the side project of artist Kamī; a space where she channels her fundamental belief that sound is a sacred vessel through which communities of colour can connect in solidarity and find true liberation.
Having begun her journey as a DJ through Voices Radio, her mixes have been featured on the likes of NTS and Radio 1001. She has found her footing playing at London’s Pxssy Palace, Body Movements and with the fast-rising Half East Records collective.
While Ōkami has a deep affinity for the atmospheric and sub-heavy frequencies of 140, dnb, dubstep, grime and drill, you can often find her playfully switching gear into rich global club sounds such as dancehall, bhangra, gqom, Asian dance sub-genres, baile and ballroom with plenty of attitude.
