Luminous Duo is a two-piece ensemble a duo featuring vocalist Nadine Assam and guitarist Lumai Francisco, specialising in Soul and Bossa Nova covers of modern, popular tunes, as well as the classic 20th century Jazz standards. Alongside this, our particularly unique area is being able to perform songs in a range of languages from Portuguese, Spanish and English. As musicians, we have performed in various esteemed London venues such as Natural History Museum, Royal Academy of Art and V&A.

Confessions wrapped in an indie-folk-pop style… Born and bred in London, Nicky Phillips felt the pull to move north; she shares her open-hearted songs on both guitar and piano through intimate performances across North West England.

Although Nicky had previously been active on the music scene, it was 2021 that pulled her back with her first ever release and self-titled debut EP with sold out shows in both Cheshire and London. The EP saw success in ‘Home’, which was a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Competition and was featured on Indie Folk Central’s first ‘Women of Indie Folk’ compilation. Another song from the EP, ‘The Dark’, was featured on BBC Music Introducing. Nicky has just finished her first tour in May 2024, including London, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Manchester.

Grace Savage is a multifaceted artist; 4 x UK  beatbox champion and creator of her own unique blend of alternative-pop that has heard her music on the likes of BBC Radio 1 & 6Music and garnered support from tastemakers such as THE405, WONDERLAND, Line Of Best Fit and COMPLEX. Known for her  unique live performances, she has secured numerous festival slots over the years including Glastonbury, Latitude, The Great Escape, LoveBox, BeatHerder, Wilderness & Shambala as well performing 4 headline shows in London (consistently selling over 100 tickets) & independently released 4 EPs funded by her loyal fans & grants awarded to her by PRS Momentum, HMUK & DYCP Arts Council. Her debut film score for short film “Her & Her” was recently awarded “Best Sound & Music” and "Best Score" at LGTB Music Feedback Festival and Swindon International Film Festival.  

‍This is a piece which she also starred in & was commissioned to create for BBC Arts.  She was nominated for "Best Female Solo Act" & "Best Songwriter" at the Unsigned Music Awards 2018, listed as ELLE Magazines "100 most inspiring women” and gave a TEDX Talk in 2016 to 2,000 people on the sexism she has faced in the male dominated beatbox scene. She featured in REDBULL Music’s online songwriting competition series “THE CUT”, collaborated with KT Tunstall on charity single "Wash Yer Hands" and has had editorial support on Spotify including FRESH FINDS & NEW POP UK

I’m a passionate singer-songwriter  based in London, with an ability to blend acoustic and rock influences - I have been told that I have distinctive "raw" vocals that play well to this style. I have been developing a catalogue of songs over the years and as an ambitious musician, I am striving to grow as an artist with bigger production and performance experiences. Listeners have compared my style to the likes of Eddie Vedder, Dave Grohl, and Rob Thomas from Matchbox Twenty. I have had the opportunity to perform on BBC Introducing stages at festivals in the South West and have even enjoyed the surprise of being played on national Polish radio. With a music degree and years of experience playing in local scenes across Pakistan, Plymouth, Manchester, and Birmingham, I am now exploring the vibrant music scene in London where I have been playing for exciting crowds across the city!

Taking inspiration from person experiences hoping to open conversations and allow people to feel comfortable when discussing hard to talk about topics. REAL TALK. A massive advocate for mental health, weaving words to slam political issues and twisting tales and storytelling in a unique flow and style. He has written for companies across Greater Manchester, been featured on BBC radio, facilitated workshops, collaborated with artists, and is now working on a very exciting project with a group of Manchester musicians.

Along side the Spoken word world Matt’s acting has taken him all over the UK and further a field. Credits include - The Girl On The Train , Coronation Street, Miss Scarlet & The Duke and The Lazarus Project. Currently in PATRIOTS by Peter Morgan (The Crown) in the West End.

LO-LOW's sets are designed to take listeners on a journey through various aural portals, finding freedom in expression on the dancefloor and creating feelings of euphoria and community. She blends eclectic selections of deep house, techno, electronic, ballroom, breakbeat, and pop to capture her playful essence. As a self-confessed club kid and music enthusiast, LO-LOW found her way into the world of music through journalism, writing for CLASH Magazine. Currently, she holds the reins as a resident at E1. This year has been a success for LO-LOW, with fan feedback deeming her sets as "vibes as unmatched" and praising her for "taking people through many portals." She opened at Colour Factory, representing the Thorn London collective at HOWL: Queer City, Vol.4 in February 2022 and played at Riposte's Pride Party in July. LO-LOW also gained her first show outside of London in August 2022, where she played the pre-party for Scotland's number one queer alternative night, SHOOT YOUR SHOT. Furthermore, she opened for CEM and Giant Swan at Phonox and played an extraordinary three-hour set ahead of DJ Bone at one of London's most iconic clubs, Fold.

Alan began his career as an accountant at Warner Music Group before pursuing his passion for live music by founding Farrago, a vibrant grassroots live music events business and agency. Since its inception, Alan has hosted over 40 events, attracting more than 5,000 attendees to iconic venues such as Brixton Jamm and Ninety One Living Room. Farrago has spotlighted over 150 talented artists, building impactful partnerships with organisations like Pirate Studios and Groover.

In 2024, Alan expanded Farrago into a live music agency, securing over 100 performance opportunities for artists at renowned venues, including Soho House. His mission remains clear: to uplift the best emerging talent while creating unforgettable live music experiences.

Meow Meow is the boundary-pushing force that merges the worlds of dark fashion and eclectic soundscapes. Known for her striking Gothic and Lolita-inspired fashion, her sets are a quirky yet intense visual and auditory experience.

Having graced the decks at iconic venues like Elektrowerks and created her own ghetto tech event, Freaking U Out, Meow Meow always keeps the energy fresh and unpredictable.

ELLIE HARRIS is a 24 year old, self taught singer/songwriter and performer from London. She began writing music at age 9.

Her tiny stature is somewhat deceiving for she is a convincing balladeer, her sound feels established and displays a level of maturity and charisma beyond her years. Her jazzy tones cross different genres producing an original, unique sound. In 2019 Ellie graduated the prestigious BRIT School after 4 years on the music course. Since then she’s been supported by BBC introducing, BBC 1Xtra and more. Recent releases have been supported by New Music Friday and Jazz UK Spotify.

Ellie has taken inspiration from a wide variety of genre, blending jazz, soul, folk & blues with elements of pop. Esperanza Spalding, Seal, Minnie Riperton, Erykah Badu, Nai Palm & more have played a role in shaping her music.

Ellie has performed widely across London with her exceptional band for the past 5 years, playing at notable venues including Ronnie Scotts, Soho House, Omeara, PizzaExpress Live, Blues Kitchen and The Spice Of Life. She has independently put on three shows held at PizzaExpress Live which all sold out. Members of the Ellie Harris trio include highly skilled Stanley Wickham on drums and Charlie Runham on bass, both attended Trinity Laban Conservatoire.
